The NanoMed National Training Action 2018 is managed by the steering committee with the Center East delegation of the CNRS (DR06) in support.

As a training action from CNRS, CNRS agents (permanents, PhD students, post-docs whose employer is CNRS) do not pay a registration fee. CNRS agents can also ask their local CNRS delegation to cover the cost of travel.

Registration fees

The final registration fees are those written below. French VAT is 20% but in this conference, no VAT is due.

Registration fees for non-permanent non-CNRS (PhD students and postdoctoral fellows) is 350 €, including full board, non-post expenses including.

Registration fees for non-CNRS permanent UMR (teacher-researchers and technical and scientific staff) is 450 €, full board included, mission expenses not included.

Registration fees for non-CNRS and non-UMR permanent employees as well as for industrialists is 600 €, full board included, mission expenses not included.

As a national CNRS training action, a number of places are provided to CNRS agents. However, the training is open to all: PhD students, post-docs, research professors, research organizations and industrialists.

Registration procedure

• Step 1 : pre-register on the present website.
  The deadline for this pre-registration is June 21st 2018;
  
• Step 2 : validation of the list of participants by the scientific committee;
• Step 3 : you will receive an email confirming the validation of your registration within a few days;
• Step 4 : the payment of your registration has to be done by following the link that will be communicated to you by email. The deadline for definitive registration with payment of fees is set at June 21st 2018.
